WHAT IS BLOOMING ACROSS THE ESTATE?

Worstead Park offers solitude and reconnection to nature. Being completely private to the public and only available for our guests to explore, you can spend your time on the estate wandering, exploring, and finding peace.

Set in over 300 acres, this natural sanctuary is filled with wildlife and untouched nature in its best form. Blooming with flowers, trees, and various plants throughout the year, if you’re a keen nature lover and have an eye for the great outdoors, then you may love spending your time exploring this vast space.

There is plenty to be found across the estate, whether it’s been sown and planted by our team or growing naturally.

In our upcoming summer months, you’ll find wildflowers in full bloom across the estate, filling out large spaces and becoming a vessel for inviting in the wildlife. Butterflies, bees, and birds thrive here during the warmer seasons.

Our planted white roses are growing wonderfully on the east side of our wedding venue, blooming more than once throughout the wedding season at The Woodyard.

When wandering through the woodland, you’ll find plenty of foxgloves lighting up the vast space with colour—tall spires of pinks and purples peeking through the trees.

In springtime, the Lime Tree Avenue is a sight to behold, covered with daffodils that set us up for the brighter and warmer months ahead.

And not all is lost when it comes to winter.

Worstead Park holds its own quiet beauty during the colder months, offering a different, more serene palette of blooms and plant life. While many plants rest, winter brings its own magic to the Estate.

Snowdrops make an early appearance, carpeting parts of the estate with delicate, nodding white flowers, hinting at the promise of spring to come.

Around the estate, the bright red stems of dogwood and the silver bark of birch trees stand out against frosted ground, while evergreens like bay, holly, and yew provide year-round structure, colour, and cover for local wildlife.

Each season at Worstead Park has its own rhythm and wonder. From the flush of wildflowers in summer to the delicate resilience of winter blooms, the estate offers a year-round invitation to explore, reflect, and reconnect with the natural world.
