Real Weddings at Worstead Estate: Carlie & Brent’s Spring Wedding

There’s no better way to imagine your own wedding day than by seeing how other couples have made their celebration completely their own.

At Worstead Estate, every wedding is different. From the styling and flowers to the way the day unfolds, our couples bring their own personalities, ideas and stories to The Woodyard, creating celebrations that are completely unique to them.

One of our favourite recent celebrations was Carlie and Brent’s beautiful spring wedding at Worstead Estate.

Carlie & Brent’s Spring Wedding

Set against the backdrop of the Norfolk countryside, Carlie and Brent celebrated their wedding at The Woodyard, our exclusive-use wedding venue nestled within the private parkland of Worstead Estate.

Their day perfectly captured what we love about weddings here: beautiful styling, relaxed celebrations and plenty of opportunities to make the most of the estate's stunning surroundings.

Spring provided the perfect backdrop, with the estate's parkland beginning to burst into life and plenty of beautiful natural backdrops for photographs throughout the day.

From the character of the thatched barn to the surrounding countryside, every part of the estate helped to create a wedding that felt personal to the couple.

A Wedding Full of Beautiful Details

One of the most exciting parts of seeing real weddings at The Woodyard is discovering how each couple transforms the space.

The thatched barn provides the perfect blank canvas, allowing couples to bring in their own flowers, styling, table plans and personal touches.

Outside, the wider estate offers even more opportunities to create memorable moments, with the courtyard, West Terrace, woodland, lawns and lakeside all providing beautiful settings throughout the day.

Carlie and Brent's wedding is a wonderful example of how these different spaces can come together to create a celebration that feels relaxed, romantic and completely their own.
