Meet Charlotte: The Newest Addition to Our Wedding Team at Worstead Estate
With wedding season now in full swing at Worstead Estate, we’re so excited to officially introduce the newest member of our wedding team, Charlotte.
Charlotte joins us with a genuine passion for hospitality, events, and creating unforgettable experiences for couples. We’re delighted to have her as part of the estate during such an exciting season.
A Passion for Weddings & Events
Charlotte’s journey into the wedding industry began with her degree in Events Management, which combined her love of organisation, creativity, and bringing people together.
After graduating, she began her career as a Wedding Coordinator in a hotel, helping couples plan and enjoy one of the most important days of their lives.
“Helping couples bring their big days to life was such a rewarding experience.”
From there, Charlotte progressed into a Food and Beverage Manager role, where she gained valuable experience leading teams and managing the fast-paced world of hospitality and events behind the scenes.
“This experience gave me a real appreciation for all the little details that go into creating unforgettable weddings and events.”
Her background means she understands every part of the wedding journey, from the planning stages right through to ensuring every event runs smoothly on the day itself.
Joining the Worstead Estate Team
When asked what drew her to Worstead Estate, Charlotte shared her excitement about becoming part of such a special venue and close-knit team.
“I’m really excited to have joined Worstead Estate because it’s such a beautiful and unique venue with such a lovely atmosphere.”
With our lakeside settings, thatched barn, walled garden and exclusive countryside surroundings, it’s easy to see why so many couples fall in love with the estate, and Charlotte is no exception.
“Weddings are such special occasions to be part of, and I love helping create those memorable moments for couples and their guests.”
Looking Ahead to Wedding Season
As the season begins, Charlotte is most excited for the atmosphere and energy that wedding days bring to the estate.
“There’s always such a great atmosphere on event days, and I love seeing months of planning finally come together.”
From meeting new couples and welcoming guests to seeing each wedding’s unique style and personal touches come to life, Charlotte is looking forward to every moment of the busy months ahead.
“I’m looking forward to meeting lots of new couples and guests, working alongside the team during the busy season, and of course seeing all the different wedding styles each couple brings to their day.”
