Introducing Worstead Retreats: Your Invitation to Slow Down in Norfolk

A new way to escape the everyday has arrived at Worstead Estate. Discover our new wellness retreats, launching for January 2027, and give yourself something special to look forward to.

When was the last time you truly switched off? Not just for an evening, but long enough to slow down, take a breath and enjoy a little time for yourself?

At Worstead Estate, we believe that sometimes the best thing you can do is step away from the everyday. That's why we're delighted to introduce Worstead Retreats, a new experience designed to bring together wellbeing, creativity, nourishing food and the peaceful surroundings of the Norfolk countryside.

Taking place from 29th–31st January 2027, our first retreat invites you to leave the busy routines behind and enjoy a restorative weekend where the details are taken care of, leaving you free to relax, reconnect and recharge.

A weekend dedicated to you

Nestled within the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, Worstead Estate offers the perfect setting to slow the pace and enjoy a change of scenery.

Whether you're looking for a weekend away with a friend, a special experience to share with someone you love, or simply some well-deserved time for yourself, Worstead Retreats offers the opportunity to do something different.

We've thoughtfully brought together a collection of experiences that encourage you to move, create, unwind and enjoy the moment. From mindful movement to moments of complete stillness, every part of the weekend is designed to help you step away from your usual routine.

What's included in your Worstead Retreat?

Your retreat has been designed to make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, with your accommodation, food, drink and activities included.

Throughout the weekend, you can look forward to:

  • Seasonal floristry – enjoy a creative workshop inspired by the season.

  • Pilates and wellness sessions – take time to focus on your body and wellbeing.

  • Sauna and cold dip – experience a revitalising contrast of heat and cold.

  • Restorative sound bath – settle into a calming session designed to help you unwind.

  • All food and drink included – enjoy meals throughout your stay without having to plan or prepare a thing.

  • A special evening dinner – come together for a sit-down meal in the beautiful Greenhouse or our atmospheric Thatched Barn.

  • Your own cottage accommodation – a peaceful space to retreat to between experiences, with room options to suit different guests.

  • A curated goodie bag – take home a collection of thoughtful treats to remember your experience.

From creative workshops to nourishing meals and moments of calm, everything comes together to create a weekend that feels both special and restorative.

Beautiful surroundings, meaningful moments

One of the most special parts of a stay at Worstead Estate is the setting itself. Surrounded by the Norfolk countryside, the estate offers a chance to enjoy a slower pace of life, away from the usual distractions.

Between your retreat experiences, take a moment to settle into your cottage, enjoy the surroundings and spend time with the people you came with. There is no pressure to fill every moment or rush from one activity to the next. This is your time to pause, enjoy the experience and return home feeling refreshed.

As the new year begins, what better way to make space for yourself than with a weekend dedicated to wellbeing?
